Monarch butterflies

Mikes photography hike with Brad Seek last week resulted in the discovery of Monarch butterflies grouping in our local pines. I was surprised that they were not in the usual eucaliptus tress but then it was pointed out that the eucaliptus has been in our area less than 200 years and so the monarch went to the pines before that. Mike took these great photos of the day.
