We headed to land and explore the boat in camp
complete with solar composting toilet
and fire pit area
We got a close up look at insects that
form a cottony mass and then blow loose
to fly across the water to a new home.
We discover a rock cave.
Definitely a place to come back to and camp
Back to camp where a red shoulder hawk
was eating a crawdad.
It was so nice on the water that we
went out for another paddle before dinner.
