A good December

As we head into December we enjoy a
cooler ride on the scooter.
In the garden the Fungi are
appearing

Mike and Ellie formed a duo for open mic night

We watch the clouds roll in, hoping for rain

Goodies from Eds workshop are ready for gifting

Mike and Nate try to figure out how to put
the hwy clean-up helmets together.

A good lunch at Morro Bay

The Christmas cactus is blooming

The longhorns are not worried

The king tides are here

People squealing for joy
 as the waves splash

The gifts are ready to take to Kelly's

and the Lemon Meringue pie

The car is washed

And Christmas can begin....

Lord Bixby is gifted a plot of land in Ireland.
He is excellent at speaking the dialect
and looking the part in his robe.

Lots of fun gifts to explore

 am Obic? music maker

 Mikes a "good egg"

And a fun gift from
Cameron and his family in Ohio.

Watch out for the climbing squirrel.

A game of Apples to Apples is played
with Mike the victor...

Sue is happy with her retro record player
Much dancing was enjoyed to old Beatles.

Kelly even had some vinyl to enjoy

A lovely lunch is served

The puzzle must be finished before
we can use the table for dinner.
The painting in the background was done by my dad,
who we will always be remembered along
with other missing family.

Bixby is always balancing

Bix puts the last piece in and hurray....
we can send Mike out to retrieve the chicken
from the rotisserie, and a good meal is enjoyed.

and the naughty squirrel is alive and well
and looking for the next peanut
 at the Davis house.

Sue enjoys a nice time with
Kathy, Michelle and her girls Eden and Lily
as they explore the Washburn trail,
picnic then head to the beach
to experience the big waves
and the birds in the lagoon.

And now its raining....a perfect end to December
birds bathing in the puddles
And....the usual flooding and blocked drains.
